its a deluxe room, but the unit number is not confirmed, I can only get it after checking in. So if you guys would kindly call me when you reach I can direct you all to the chalet.
those with X Box feel free to bring your games, we have a X Box console there.

Meanwhile I need you guys to get food drinks etc for the BBQ. I have compiled a list of things to get and Im currently assigning people with the tasks. So wait for your message.
One last thing, please bring $10, the fund is used to pay for the chalet!
Please bring a dvd player anyone! [Someone please volunteer and put on the tag board] So that we can watch movies at night or something.
